Q4: Can I get refund if received the broken products?

A: Yes, if you got the broken products, take a picture and send the details to us immediately. We will take some time to figure out if we are responsible, there are three ways to compensate:

a. Resend the new items to your receiving address without any extra fee.

b. Calculate and refund the broken items, money back to your PayPal or bank card.

C. Calculate the total fee and added as Balance in next purchase order.

A: You must keep the original package and take some photos of the unused items, then please contact us within 3 business days, after we confirmed, we will send you the replacement as soon as possible.

For some countries, we will not be able to clear custom, so we recommend you check your import regulations and fees, or you can contact your forwarder to help you on custom clearances.
