This cap is made with scientific grade borosilicate glass, and is a beautiful tiny piece of art. The spinner design allows ample airflow to reach your materials, but this cap works best when paired with a terp pearl. When you add the pearl it will spin inside your banger, minimizing waste and maximizing vapor production.

Q1: Can I have a sample order for Card cap?

A: Yes, you are always welcomed to make a sample order to test and check the product quality. We are factory so can provide mix samples, but need to check the stock first.

Q2: May I know your MOQ of this product?

A: Most products have low MOQ limited, 1 piece for sample checking is available normally if we have enough stocks. If you need customization, please contact us for more details.

Q3: Is it OK to print my logo on product?

A: Yes, full OEM ODM can be accepted, not only can custom the LOGO, we also provide the customization of mold, package, etc.

Q4: Can I get refund if received the broken products?

A: Yes, if you got the broken products, take a picture and send the details to us immediately. We will take some time to figure out if we are responsible, there are three ways to compensate:

a. Resend the new items to your receiving address without any extra fee.

b. Calculate and refund the broken items, money back to your PayPal or bank card.

C. Calculate the total fee and added as Balance in next purchase order.

Q5: Are you a factory or trading company? Can you guarantee the products qualities?

A: We are the factory and have our own productions, we are specialized in smoke tools industry for more than 8 years, and we have cooperated with many enterprises before, also help some customers build their own brands.

Q6: What if there are some products missed or incorrect?

A: You must keep the original package and take some photos of the unused items, then please contact us within 3 business days, after we confirmed, we will send you the replacement as soon as possible.

Q7: Can you ship internationally? How can I calculate the shipping fee?

A: Yes, we have been doing cross-border e-commerce for many years. For some countries, we will not be able to clear custom, so we recommend you check your import regulations and fees, or you can contact your forwarder to help you on custom clearances. About shipping cost, please tell us the quantities you want, once you confirmed the purchasing goods, we will send you the invoice which can show you the products details, such as CMB and all kinds cost amounts.

Q8: How do you package the items?

A: We usually use the bubble wrap to reduce the shock and collision and use JPJ as the outside package, all we do just for your products arrived safe and sound.

Q9: What’s the lead time?

A: It will depend on whether the products are in stock. We can deliver immediately if we have enough inventories of standard goods, but you need customized items or we have low storage, we need some days to arrange productions.

Q10: What kind of logistics can you offer? And how long can I receive the cartons/parcels?

A: Usually we use the standard shipping, when customers require and the conditions permit, also can transport by air or express delivery. If the order uses standard shipping, there will be 25-60 days of shipping depending on the country location; Through UPS/DHL or other logistics companies, it can be arrived in 7 days.
