QC Profile

Cawonderland Industry Limited has created a standard Quality Control process. For each factory we arranged one QC team to check the quality from material, production, sample to final products. Each Quality Control Circle has 3 to 7 people.

IQC: We will confirm if the materials are the same as customers’ need, check the color, size, weight and so on. Some electric products will be checked whether the electronic parts work safely and normally by the manual and machine testing.

IPQC: Before bulk production, we must produce some samples to do first quality control. As the samples are able to pass first quality test, we can arrange the mass production.

Outgoing QC: Finished products will be inspected one-by-one. This process is too important to be taken lightly, the testers need to observe whether there are cracks or obvious scratches on the surface. Once we find defective goods, the QCC will turn them back, record the reason and arrange reproduction.

It’s important thing that the standardized QC process, which can cut price for us and benefit for customers, has been determined. Daring to face errors provides us with valuable experience. So please to be assured of our quality and be feel free to talk with us.
